With the development of 23 months in succession, CTIETCC decided to rename itself as China Tianjin International Cooperation Corporation(Group), based on steady achievements on its core business. On this targets, CTIETCC reorganized 3 companies with the core business of international labour services, talents exchanges and foreign trade accordingly. CTIETCC held meetings with all employees in 3 companies. On the meetings Mr. Chi Jie, General Manager of CTIETCC stated the plans of reorganization and appointed the staff members of the 3 companies.
Mr. Chi Jie required the staffs to fully understand the essence of the reorganization, and to build up the concepts of modern management. Mr. Chi Jie reiterated that they should promote business with the commercial chain mode and reasonable resources control to improve the capabilities in the business competition. Mr. Chi Jie also urged them to fulfill the annual budgets and working targets for the year of 2008.
Mr. Wu Hengquan, CPC secretary of CTIETCC, made speeches on the meetings. He asked the staffs to carry out the duties carefully and to act consistently with the decisions and dispositions from the headquarter.
The interrelated works for the reorganizations have been carried out actively in 3 companies since the meetings.
