A Perfect and Rapid Development for 500 Days


On June 20, 2006, the leading group of CTIETCC was reorganized and the orientation of CTIETCC was specified to become a leading enterprise in the international economic cooperation business of Tianjin with excellences, strongness and in a large scale. Through a 16-month development, CTIETCC realized a rapid growth in each business index. Upto the end of August, 2007, CTIETCC overfulfilled the annual business targets assigned by Tianjin Commercial Commission, four months ahead of the schedule. CTIETCC obtained nine great changes in the 500 days and nights of a perfect and rapid development as follows:

•  Sticking to the advancing along with the time in the business concept, formation and mode, important breakthroughs were made in business distributions and achievements.

-- The remarkable achievements made in the core business. CTIETCC decided to make efforts in international resource exploitation, one of the core business scope in the international economic cooperation, aiming to changing its management concept to seek more profits. On Oct. 24, 2007, CTIETCC signed the contract with Pt. Bola Dunia Mandiri of Indonesia to cooperate in the exploitation of nickel mines in Sulawesi, Indonesia. The exploitation area under the contract is around 260 hektares .

The exploitation would ensure CTIETCC to increase its income in a number of years.

-- The foreign trade business had grown up with a large amount of output.

-- The traditional business, such as labour service, international engineering works, investment at home or abroad and manpower resource service, had been developed perfectly and steadily.

 

B. CTIETCC worked out a development layout for medium terms to make itself in a good circulation both in the quantity and quality. There were 6 stages in the six-years medium layout. They were ¡°Preparation Period¡±, ¡°First Development Period¡±, ¡°Reorganization Period¡±, ¡°Second Development Period¡±, ¡°Capital Operation Period¡± and ¡°Grown up Period¡±. Upto the year of 2012, the total annual turnover and profits would be ten times compared with those in the year of 2006.

 

C. The social reputations and credit standings in the banks were restored remarkably, and the abilities of capital control and management were increased evidently. A large amount of loans were acquired form various banks so as to ensure the business development.

 

D. The personal incomes of CTIETCC's employees were increased enormously, along with the rapid development of the enterprise. CTIETCC had made a new measure to stimulate its employees to make greater achievements.

 

E. CTIETCC made more investments to improve the essential management conditions unprecedentedly in order to create the founditions for the further development.

F. CTIETCC made every effort to promote its assets management and the total assets increased consequently. The return from such management was shown obviously. As the results of the perfect and rapid development, CTIETCC incorporated several enpterprises. CTIETCC adopted the measures to focus its funds in the core business and projects.

 

G. The structure of organization inside CTIETCC were improved to increase the capabilities of decision-making and administration. Zhongtian Haoda Development Co., Ltd., the leading subsidiary of CTIETCC was established to meet the development strategy. Zhongtian Haoda promoted the increase of business and started to act as a incubator for new business, projects and enterprises. It had set up mining and trading companies in Indonesia and Singapore, and the department of mining exploitation in the headquarter. In the future, it would extend its business in trade, transportation, logistics, shipping agency, smelting, manufacturing and export, with the manner of commercial chain..A number of regulations in the administration and management were formulated to improve the management in order to reduce scotomata of responsibilities.

 

H. CTIETCC adopted, strictly, a budget management and monthly graphitical analysis to check the achievements and control the administration and management. Through the practice of the above, all staff memebers in the departments and subsidiaries improved their spirits of overall operation and abilities in elaborate business analysis.

 

I. CTIETCC paid attention to Party building and created a culture based on innovation and development, aimed at bringing about improvements of the whole working team.
