China Tianjin International Economic and Technical Cooperation Group Corporation (CTIETCC) is one of China's premier companies in the field of international economic cooperation. Its predecessor is the Bureau of Economic Relations with Foreign Countries in Huabei Area. Approved by State Council of China, CTIETCC was established in 1982 with 200 million RMB registering asset. Granted by the Ministry of Commerce and other competent authorities, CTIETCC has involved diversified structure composed mainly of contracting overseas projects and domestic works with foreign investment, including feasible study, design and consultation, exploration and survey, supervision and construction, and labour cooperation. We have also been engaging in overseas investment, exploitation of nature resources and import and export complete sets of equipment including installation and commissioning. CTIETCC has gained British UKAS ISO9002 Certification ISO 9001 certificate, and GB/T28001-2001 certificate.

We are proud of our solid working relationships with World Bank, Asian Developing Bank, banks in China and government agencies of many countries. Engineering News-Record (ENR) magazine consistently ranks CTIETCC on its “Top 225 International Contractors” list. CTIETCC is also listed in the China's ‘Top 20’ international economic cooperation by Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) and awarded ‘National May-Day Prize’ in 2001.

China’s entry into WTO and the execution of going abroad policies will bring international cooperative business a vast space for development.
